Yale Hockey Alum receives PHD in Medicine!

The Yale Hockey Academy is proud of ALL alumni that graduate from our program and move on to successful careers in and outside of hockey. 

Craig Stewart joined the Yale Hockey Academy back in Gr 9 (2008), and remained at Yale till Gr 12 (2012).  He was part of our innaugural BC Hockey High School AAA Provincial Championship team back in 2010 and played again the following year when we repeated our title in 2011.  In addition, Stewart was part of the Abbotsford Bantam AAA Provincial Championship Team back in 2009.   "Stewey" was always exceptional in his dedication to achieving academic excellence and thrived during his time at Yale.  He went on to study Medicince at Queen's University where he recently graduated this year (2021). 

Craig will be a resident Anaesthesiologist at UBC Hospital this year as he embarks on his career in medicine.
